The physical act of smiling.

The very action of smiling begins to shift me from what might be a hard focus, a stern gaze. Allowing for the physical action and the chemical stimulation that comes with smiling creates a shift in my being. This change in my being in turn shifts my attitude and shifts my focus, softens not only my physical countenance but softens my mental state.

If smiling could be the beginning of action this could be a good place to start any kind of action.

Today I will smile and soften.

Opening

There is endless possibility in opening. Although an open state is perhaps more vulnerable there is more in the openness than in a closed state or a defended state. 

Today I will be open and allow myself to lead out of that openness. There is nothing getting me off track, I don’t need the map. I will be confident and true to my heart and to the JOY that underlies all that I do.

I will be inspired by opening into the great power of JOY.

Pink Tour – What does this mean?

Today a friend challenged me to illustrate a particular point about leading and the power and passion involved in moving forward. This forward motion can be about my life but often in this moment it is really about my moving my life forward in conjunction with other aspects and elements of my community and those that are around me. I so very often do not see or experience myself as a leader when I very much am leading. Often I have no idea that i am mentoring and modelling a particular group and way of being when it sees to come naturally.

I can no longer wait for someone else to lead the way because I am already on my way. Join me on the BIG PINK TOUR BUS

The illustrative point of this analogy of the BIG PINK TOUR BUS is that the whole thing is kind of like ME driving the bus. I am no longer a passenger, I am the driver. I work for my own tour company so the tours are really my choice. Being a savvy operator I always check with those around me to see what they would like. I am actually the leader and the one moving the whole operation ahead, setting the course and direction, creating the tone.

Funny thing is I very often don’t know exactly where the bus is going but I do know that I want the trip to be fun, uplifting an unpredictable and joyful experience.

The JOURNEY is really important, the DESTINATION not so much. Dancing on the Ecstatic path… rather than forging my way through and having the path be a particular way before setting out.

Dancing on the Ecstatic Path.

February 4th and 5th 2012 – Downtown Toronto
Bridging the Energy of Earth and Sky with the Energy of the Heart
A Two Day Exploration of Erotic Energy flow.

Presenting Erotic Education for all who identify as male.
Facilitated events to designed to explore and educate in regard to touch, eroticism, sexuality and spirituality.

Dancing on the Ecstatic Path is a new exploration, a workshop/playshop. Partnering with teachers from various traditions Phillip Coupal presents Erotic Education for men of all sexual orientations and identifications. In February of 2012, William McMeniman from the Boston area will be teaching with Phillip. The workshop is two days of erotic and sexual exploration.
The workshop will explore: touch, movement and breath while delving into an ecstatic experience. The exercises are designed to stimulate an introspective opening into the physical, erotic and spiritual body and the body’s response to touch. Touch will take place in various positions and postures and will sometimes use massage tables. The workshop is delivered in an honouring, respectful and playful atmosphere.

There will be some new levels and techniques of connection and communication explored within this Erotic Education offering. The workshop will take place over two days, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm each day and will be held at a Hotel Meeting Room located in the Toronto Downtown Core.

The fee is $300.00 for the two days. Registration is required prior to this event. to register contact Phillip at phillip@phillipcoupal.ca

I am really referring to the first definition, the action or process of moving.

Yesterday was full of motion on many fronts, the primary front was in a creative realm and I found I was moving with a great momentum within creating big pieces of my mission, my dream.

There is nothing like the forward motion involved in creativity. This forward motion is very straight ahead and direct, and is very reassuring to me. However with creativity there is also a lot of chaotic motion. This chaotic motion is actually full of fun and at the same time freaks me out because it is not straight forward and is not at all reassuring for me. The chaotic motion involved in creativity is a where the fun is. The chaotic motion is where there is much that is unknown and unpredictable. I must relinquish my sense of control and balance in the chaotic motion and simple allow for trust.

Today I will feel pleasure in the unexpected and in the unknown. I will seek a creative and juicy path. I will trust and feel joy. -♥-

Adventure.

Adventure is a key ingredient in the Juiciness of a heart full of passion. When I stay in an adventuresome being I am able to be more curious. I might suddenly vear off the path, I might be a little erratic, I might race ahead or dawdle along. The course of the adventure is never really known and there are many surprises along the way. I adore playing in the unknown and being startled and teased by the many surprises. 

Sometimes the adventures might even be in LOVE! I adore being able to LOVE as if it was a big adventure!

Today I will play in the Adventure of LOVE and LIFE

Sexy Possibilities – Juicy Heart

Today is about possibility and what happens when the Juicy Heart opens to possibility.

The other day my coach sent me an email that was about plans and missions.

Planning can be great but without action the plans fizzle and turn to nothing. Missions fall apart without belief and passion and action. Possibility will drift away without being open and allowing it in and then doing something about it.  These are reminders to me about being Juicy and fertile and living the active life that I desire for myself.

I could say more about all of this but I will let the words fall away as I shift into possibility and planning and clarifying my mission… Having taken 10 minutes to do that it is then time to start actioning all that has been dreamed.

The fruition of this is showing up some really exciting offerings in the upcoming year. I am tired of waiting and want to be doing. Watch for the calendar of events in the next few days.

Today I will be in a proactive state doing and growing and happening. Acting on the information provided by all the possibility that shows up in my life.
