Smiling, again this comes to me to write about smiling.

Smiling helps so much. The simple act of smiling creates a change in my attitude and a shift in my demeanour.  I know when I am smiling that I am taking myself less seriously. I know that I am breathing and allowing for life energy to move. Smiling helps with my attitude, I know that when I am smiling I am going to be more gracious. When I smile I know that I am alive and part of the energy of the earth.

Today I will smile. Besides it is the first day of October… I will even be happy today.

Ganesh – Lord of Obstacles. Yes he can put them in the way as well as take them out of the way. He is also the Lord of Beginnings.

My blog today simply dedicated to Ganesh – Lord of Obstacles also Lord of Letters and Learning. Ganesha is also associated with the first chakra – the base, the root, the source.

Travelling JOYFULLY Home

The journey continues as I return home today.

There is a spring in my step and I feel light, excited and happily relieved to be on my way home. Like the little dog in the photo I feel like I am bounding along, paws off the ground, tail in the air!

Today I will travel joyfully filled with the pleasure of returning home to the arms of my husband. ❤

Travelling home with a bounce in my step! August 16, 2011

Today inspiration from

e.e. cummings

i like my body when it is with your
body. It is so quite a new thing.
Muscles better and nerves more.
i like your body. i like what it does,
i like its hows. i like to feel the spine
of your body and its bones, and the trembling
-firm-smooth ness and which i will
again and again and again
kiss, i like kissing this and that of you,
i like, slowly stroking the, shocking fuzz
of your electric fur, and what-is-it comes
over parting flesh . . . . And eyes big love-crumbs,

and possibly i like the thrill

of under me you quite so new
