This Wednesday morning class will be small and therefore allow and fully support beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners to have a fulfilling, invigorating and inspiring practice.

Our vision, at the Awaken Studio, is to offer peaceful and practical techniques for men to have a fulfilling and refreshing yoga practice. These classes are designed and presented with a male body in mind. The Awaken Studio is one of the only studios in the city that offers specialized classes that are offered only to male bodies.

Naked Yoga for Men on Thursday Evening at 8:00 pm.

The CATCH:

1. You must attend your 4 classes continuously and consecutively. January 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st.
2. These passes are only available for the Thursday evening class.

The Thursday evening, 90 minute class is taught by Will. These are a cloths off Yoga classes, for men only, that take place in the warm and well equipped Awaken Studio. The calm, peaceful and serene atmosphere of the studio is an ideal place bring yourself back into your personal awareness of your body and mind. This evening class is an ideal opportunity to spend an evening a week, finding new ways to discover personal skills to: flex, limber and tone your physical body, AND practice techniques to: calm, focus and free your mind. The added BONUS of practicing while naked is that you might be able to experience a greater sense of acceptance with your body and discover the peace and enjoyment of allowing you body to be in it’s natural state. The Thursday evening classes at the Awaken Studio accommodate: beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. This is a fairly active class that explores poses and postures that can alleviate the everyday tensions and stresses that can build up in the body.

The morning Hatha style classes at the Awaken Studio accommodate: beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. This Saturday morning class is a great place for those who want to sample and explore Yoga as a technique to relieve stress and tension while allowing for the restoration of the body with breath practice techniques. Our vision is to offer men peaceful and practical techniques to have a fulfilling and refreshing yoga practice. These classes are designed and presented with a male body in mind.
