Smiling, again this comes to me to write about smiling.

Smiling helps so much. The simple act of smiling creates a change in my attitude and a shift in my demeanour.  I know when I am smiling that I am taking myself less seriously. I know that I am breathing and allowing for life energy to move. Smiling helps with my attitude, I know that when I am smiling I am going to be more gracious. When I smile I know that I am alive and part of the energy of the earth.

Today I will smile. Besides it is the first day of October… I will even be happy today.

Life is amazing when you begin to ask. Life begins to happen. That life is happening brings trust that we will be heard. Being heard means asking for more. Asking for more brings abundance. Abundance builds and grows in other areas and soon we can have a life that is full of what we have been asking for.

Today is a day of Generating new elements of my life…

This came across LOUD and CLEAR this morning! Thanks to FR for posting and thanks to the author and creator.

There is a sweet and delicious curiousity that is present today.

The weekend is fast approaching. Another Body Electric workshop and there will be men from far and near. I am always curious about who will show up. This curiousity builds in me and augments and amplifies my energy. There is a sweetness that has developed over the years as I have held the space for men to come together and explore on levels that are often taboo and or held so closely as to be inscrutable. My curiousity expands and grows over the weekend as these taboo subjects of sex and sexuality are opened up. My curiousity expands and grows over the weekend as that which is inscrutable becomes clear and manifests some new meaning.

Today I will be infused with curiousity and the sweet pleasure of preparing the nest.

Rest – Juicy Heart

Rest has transformed the way I feel.

Yesterday I took care of many small detailed elements that were stressing me.

Today I feel well rested after a deep and undisturbed sleep. Last night was the first night in many that I felt no pain in the middle of the night. To wake up after a night of rest was delightful.

I feel energized and enriched by rest.

Today I will take care of a few more pieces, I will allow for the tranquility to flow. I will savour the delight of feeling rested and rejuvenated and unafraid.

Today is all about doing, preparing, planning and letting go. Doing some of the things, taking care of some of the stuff that I have little practice with. By all of this I mean that today I must enlist help. I must ask those around me to help me. Some of this asking is simply for a thought, with some a big deed.  Asking has always been a challenge for me.

Today I will trust and ask. I will seek the help that I need to move ahead. I will take care of myself and in this self-care take care of the world and the loved ones around me.  ❤

I find that always knowing and searching for possibilities keeps me curious and Juicy.

Looking for the possibility. Seeing how something, anything really, could endlessly open into an astounding range of possibility is an enjoyable pursuit of mine. This to me is like problem solving or perhaps being optimistic. Possibilities keeps me cheerful and happy.
