Just a LITTLE!

Just a LITTLE is all it takes to create a sense of motion and action. Just a little proaction, that is really all it takes to start the ball in motion. Just a LITTLE is all it can take to have me feel much better and more accomplished.

Yesterday I thought that I would just take care of a small job and viola there it is a whole job completed. Yes!, I had to rid my mind of all of the judgements. Yes!, I had to concentrate on just the small little piece. Yes!, I had to tell myself “this is a work in progress.”  Yes!, I had to keep moving and pushing ahead.

Now the job is done and I feel inspired to take on another job. I wonder where this will lead?

Today I will feel and be successful and proactive at getting the job done!

Today fresh and new.

Starting from yesterday where I had to take a step I did not want to take. I wonder what will come today and which step I will take…  I love this poem it is so on about looking inside to begin.

From David Whyte

START CLOSE IN

Start close in,
don’t take the second step
or the third,
start with the first
thing
close in,
the step
you don’t want to take.

Start with
the ground
you know,
the pale ground
beneath your feet,
your own
way of starting
the conversation.

Start with your own
question,
give up on other
people’s questions,
don’t let them
smother something
simple.

To find
another’s voice,
follow
your own voice,
wait until
that voice
becomes a
private ear
listening
to another.

Start right now
take a small step
you can call your own
don’t follow
someone else’s
heroics, be humble
and focused,
start close in,
don’t mistake
that other
for your own.

Start close in,
don’t take
the second step
or the third,
start with the first
thing
close in,
the step
you don’t want to take

Start Close In - Indiana Highway June 2009

Yesterday was about my different sides and how many of them are dual. Today is certainly about finding comfort in that duality.

Being barraged by both sides of a situation or problem can be very overwhelming.

For me there is a great deal of comfort in breaking everything down, being experimental and proceeding. I do take a lot of comfort in moving into action. There is very often success for me in the taking action. So rather than throw my hands in the air and become a victim of whatever is happening around me, I will break the problem down into manageable bits, and move ahead into action. There is always a result to this and I know that I am totally capable of dealing with the result whatever it may be.

Today Finding the Light.

Yesterday was a revelation and an inspiration. I got to find a little light in what I do and offer in this world. Working with a client I was totally touched and my heart was opened when they said” This is like going on a journey with my brother, we are discovering and learning together.”

I got to look inside, see my light, see the place in me that holds my heart and know that my heart was being seen and experienced for what is was being offered as.

Pleasure, inclusion and the unity and balance of being together. Being part of the Tribe and being together on the journey was reassuring and balancing for me. This simple statement offered me inspiration. I got to see my inner light as I guided another to seeing their own.

Finding the Light - Day after the Winter Solstice - Toronto 2011

You are the primary creative force in your life.

It is out of your creative energy that you will manifest the world you so desire.

Fill the world with your Love. Play in the Love you feel. Live for the moment. Manifest yourself through the contribution you make. Trust in the unfolding.

Keep BEing the change you want.
Keep offering the light.
Keep moving and forging ahead.
Keep trusting that there are others and that they will be there to live on the edge with you.

Self-Care

This moment is the ideal time to replenish, rejuvenate and get recharged for the next. I always feel better after some loving self-care. I am very often surprised at how much of this ever-loving care that I need and must have. Caring for myself I get to really be practicing so much of what I put out to others. Being loving and kind as well as generous to myself always makes me feel better and it the perfect reward for all of the challenging work that I do.

In Self-Care there is redemption!

Today is a LOVE ME day! Full of all of the pleasure and joy that I can create,  just for me! I am going to generous with myself!

Hope -♥- Juicy Heart

Hope helps!

Hope is for the mind like what smiling is for the body. Hope releases freedom and allows for much more forward motion. When I am hopeful I am not grinding away in whatever is going on in the present I am dreaming of the future.

Today I will be hopeful and take action for more of what I want in the future.
