im·ag·i·na·tion

noun

1.

the faculty of imagining, or of forming mental images or concepts of what is not actually present to the senses.
2.

the action or process of forming such images or concepts.
3.

the faculty of producing ideal creations consistent with reality, as in literature, as distinct from the power of creating illustrative or decorative imagery.
4.
the product of imagining; a conception or mental creation, often a baseless or fanciful one.
5.
ability to face and resolve difficulties; resourcefulness: a job that requires imagination.

Seems that at least a part of imagining is being able to bring whatever has come to mind, the imagined element, to the forefront of the senses.  I believe that simply living in imagination without any embodiment of the imagined would be too sterile and mind centered for me. I must allow my imagination to come to fruition and become reality. Not all of the time but at least some of the time.

I am glad that I am able allow my imagination to come to life.

Living Joyfully… www.phillipcoupal.ca

You are the primary creative force in your life.

It is out of your creative energy that you will manifest the world you so desire.

Fill the world with your Love. Play in the Love you feel. Live for the moment. Manifest yourself through the contribution you make. Trust in the unfolding.

Keep BEing the change you want.
Keep offering the light.
Keep moving and forging ahead.
Keep trusting that there are others and that they will be there to live on the edge with you.

Trusting

I believe that this is as important as smiling, laughing, being gracious.

Trusting continuously that everything will work out. Trusting and moving ahead. Trusting and letting whatever is going to happen, happen and that there is no preemptive required.

Trusting to be all that I can be.

Today I will TRUST.

Welcoming Diversity

Good GRACIOUS ~ Welcoming Diversity

http://www.thebodyelectric school.com

Today as I transition I will have lots of time to reflect with myself about what this pretty momentous weekend has delivered to me.

There are two elements floating in my being at this moment.

The first is if you want something there is no one more important in “getting” what you want that yourself. If I want something to change I will have to change to begin, inspire, create the change that I want…

The second is how shocked I was to see how difficult it was for me to feel and be a part of… I know that for those of you who know me this is pretty obvious; however, I was challenged to find my place in a group so diverse… at the same time I come out of this knowing that I will need to lead… So if I am a part of or not I know that there are several challenges ahead for ME to BE.

Love the universe at this moment and loving my place in it… So looking forward to what is unfolding for me and those I am near…

You must ask for what you really want... DON'T go back to sleep" Rumi

Hungry today!

The state of being hungry can be the springboard to NEW.

Being in a state of desire and hunger for something has very often been a great place to start. When I am hungry I generally launch in. When I am hungry I usually am in for the whole meal. When I am hungry and I am cooking I am usually sampling and very much enjoying the act of creation.

I am enjoying all of the hunger that I am able to use as I plan my season for 2012.

Glad today to be hungry and working on my next steps. I am very excited about what I am cooking!

YUM
  1. An expression used to indicate delight in regard to a certain food’s flavor

-♥-

My version: ~ The sound made when releasing through a hum, with the tongue lowered… and expressing delight!

Today I will be in the YUM of release. A day when I take care of chores, the laundry, repositioning all of the supplies from the weekend. Today I will take care of all of this and be in the YUM of the release from the weekend. YUM … -♥- … YUM … -♥- … YUM

And I can smile and be grateful all at the same time…

Surrendering into a State of Gratitude.

Today will be filled with the replacement and replenishment of all of the little detailed elements that came into use and play over the weekend.

My gratitude and joy for how the universe unfolded over the weekend has placed me in a place and state where taking care of all of the little details seems so full of ease. My sense of gratitude allows for the closing and final elements to fall away and apart and dissolve into the planning for what comes next. This continuous rhythm gives me stability and eases whatever small contractions or constraints there might be in the final bits of closing,  while the next opening begins.

Today I will let the Gratitude flow and power me.
