Nudge…

Sometimes all I really want is a small gentle nudge. Most times my mind and my being gives me a huge aggressive and demanding push. I never respond to pushing and shoving in a nice way. Points me to retraining myself to be move of what I actually want and a lot less of what I do not want.

Today I will be gentle and take it easy. I will listen to the truth of  what my heart wants.

Expanding Erotic Awareness and creating Education thru Experimentation in Eroticism and Sex.

Each month I facilitate a Touch Exchange for men. This is a small group and limited to 8 to 10 participants.

In addition to the monthly Touch Exchange I facilitate several workshops per year that focus on different topics which can include Breath Work, Conscious Self Pleasure, the principles and practice of Taoist Erotic Massage. I call the experiential learning sessions Exquisite Connections.

Every other week there are evenig sessions. This series is called Erotic Education

New for 2012 is a 2 day weekend series titled:

Dancing on the Ecstatic Path sessions that take place in an informal setting. Client oriented these sessions explore awareness of the body and are designed to foster learning about touch, eroticism and sexuality.

There are also a series of full day events designed to explore Conscious Kink

As the Toronto Coordinator for the BES I am responsible for the production and presentation of up to 5 weekend workshops per year.

Starting from yesterday where I had to take a step I did not want to take. I wonder what will come today and which step I will take…  I love this poem it is so on about looking inside to begin.

Duality – ♥ – Juicy Heart

Yesterday was about my different sides and how many of them are dual. Today is certainly about finding comfort in that duality.

Being barraged by both sides of a situation or problem can be very overwhelming.

For me there is a great deal of comfort in breaking everything down, being experimental and proceeding. I do take a lot of comfort in moving into action. There is very often success for me in the taking action. So rather than throw my hands in the air and become a victim of whatever is happening around me, I will break the problem down into manageable bits, and move ahead into action. There is always a result to this and I know that I am totally capable of dealing with the result whatever it may be.

Excitement ♥ Juicy Heart

Excitement the totally JUICY state.

Cultivating and developing excitement and the glory of anticipation is a life long pursuit with me. I revel in the joy and pleasure of all that can be savoured in a prolonged period of excitement.

YES! This is all about SEX and YES this is all about living every day. I feel so much more, life force, juice and pleasure when I can be excited. Especially when my excitement is about what is happening, and what is going to happen and what has happened. I am in a state of JOY so much more often when I am excited and reveling in what is going to take place.

I can even feel this excitement about filling in a form and submitting documentation that needs to be painstakingly put together. I sometimes need to look at the far bigger picture to get the thrill in place.

Today I will feel all of the excitement about having a day. I will revel in the glory of what is. I will smile and enjoy every flash of pink and feel all the JUICE I have. This will be my challenge and my meditation for the day.

Building – Growing – Constructing – Fabricating – Enhancing

Having a day to feel all there is in the Ecstatic Dance of life. I choose to build and grow, developing the strands of life that allow for a richer and more embodied and engaged experience.

 The day will unfold and I will construct, fabricate and enhance the rich elements of life that come my way. I choose this over the darker side which is more destructive seems to unravel me. I will build my day weaving together all that is as I journey my way to the other side.

Today I will find pleasure in the process. I will enjoy and marvel at the construction and build of my day. I will sleep well knowing that I have lived fully for another day.
