I woke up this morning and went to sleep last night loving trees. I dreamt of the radiant green energy that radiates from the trees. I dreamt and fantasized about the radiant green energy that flows from my heart!

All this from the Breath – Movement – Meditation class last night at the Awaken Studio.

I am so glad that I opened the studio space for this. I am grateful for the wonderful pairing of Paul Galloro.

My body feels so great today as I channel the energy and power of the tree to my spine. My heart feels wonderful and light today as I feel the green energy seeping through me. Erotically and creatively I feel open and clear.

Grateful for the wonderful group of men who showed up for this event!

Friday and catching my breath. The heat is on!

This is the first event after creating a place of closure with the organization that I worked with for so long. I am now on my own. With this realization, a bit of negativity seeps into my mind, my thoughts, and then I switch my thoughts to the possibility of what is new and begin to shift into my values of Kindness – Generosity – Care and Healing. This shift into the positive aspects of life helps me flow into the JOY of what can happen and therefore give me more energy to move forward and create the beautiful world that I wish to live in.

I so LOVE what I do.

I am becoming more comfortable and confident with the gifts that I can bring to this world.

I conquered a lot of chatter in my brain yesterday and posted a new update and sent out the email. I have had the most delicious response!

Doing this one action created more space in me to do more… By keeping in motion and following my heart I get more and more JUICE! How I got to be where I am today and my departure from the Body Electric School or … being jetisoned into reality.

June 2012, just a few days before the Power Surrender and Intimacy workshop, here in Toronto, I was told by the school administrative assistant that I was “irrelevant”. This action on the part of the school and the subsequent defense by the school’s director clearly pointed out to me that I was not respected. I became very aware, very quickly, that in-fact for all of the work that I had done in my community and for the promotion of the school over the five years that I was coordinator, that I was held in contemptuous regard by the administrative staff and the director.

Shortly after being told that I was “irrelevant” I resigned from my position as local Coordinator for the Body Electric School in Toronto. The struggle had become intolerable. My resignation was tendered for two basic reasons.

  • First, my values and the values of the director of the school were at direct odds. This confrontational relationship meant that everything was a struggle and that bringing the workshops to fruition was not happening with either ease or the respect for client care that I demand.
  • Second, the school was misrepresenting itself as a business entity in Canada. This misrepresentation was putting me in serious jeopardy in relation to my business and my financial integrity. All of this in reference to the American company not being registered with Revenue Canada, in order to conduct business, collect payments and remit taxes in Canada. All this in addition to the fact that all payments for Canadian workshops were to be transacted in Canadian funds and despite all reassurance this was not happening.

Simply put, I was unable to accommodate what was being asked of me and I was unable to do what I had committed to do. All that I had done with relative ease for the past five years had fallen apart. I was unable to present to areas of my community that were interested in the work, I was unable to sell what had become an overpriced commodity, and I was unable to reconcile the lack of communication and inept client care that was being delivered to me by the school’s administration.

Alas, happily I am now working on my own. I have an exciting and dynamic lineup of workshops for the fall. The new work that I present has been inspired by Joseph Kramer, the founder of the school, and many of the school’s faculty, who have taught me well over the years. I am glad that I am able to present to areas of my community that are receptive to the work. I am relieved that I am able to price the work in a way that is affordable and reflects the needs of my surrounding community. I am delighted that I am able to work day-to-day in a transparent way without the struggle and encumbrance of an organization that felt unstable.

I am very glad to be where I am now. I am grateful for the release and expansion into the breadth and depth of operating a heart centered business.

Bridging the Energy of Earth and Sky with the Energy of the Heart

A Weekend Exploration of Erotic Energy flow.

Dancing on the Ecstatic Path is a new exploration. The September 2012 presentation has been expanded to include an evening opening session on Friday night. This session will take place from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The workshop will continue on both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. There will be breaks through the day for lunch.

The regular registration fee has been reduced to $295.00 for the weekend. If you can plan early and register by August 15, 2012, you will receive a discount making the registration fee $250.00. Please contact me for more information.

Techniques will involve Touch, Trance, Breath and Movement.

The workshop will explore: touch, trance, movement and breath while delving into an ecstatic experience. The exercises are designed to stimulate an introspective opening into the body and the body’s response to touch. Touch will take place in various positions and not always use the table.

This workshop is experiential and the educational erotic explorations will take place in a safe, respectful, uplifting, sane, consensual and reverential space.

There will be some new levels of connection and communication explored within this Erotic Education offering.

 Dare to experience possibility and opening by daring to experience your hearts desire and your bodies passion.

Registration is required prior to this event.
