I like that thrill is so connected to a movement in the body, especially a movement in my body.

Joy FULL – Filled with Joy.

When I purposefully put Joy into my thoughts, consciousness, heart, I can feel the change. I can feel my mood shift.

When I feel myself becoming filled with anxiety, overwhelm or debilitating administrative thoughts, I think of something joyful, playful, something that will make me smile and I can feel the shift the change. Within that change I can begin to fill with dreamy thoughts, big thoughts and much more affirming material. I can take a breath and change my mind.

I love my mind, I can change it in a moment. I can fill, evacuate and refill all within my grasp, my ability to be powerful.

Today I will be Joy Full. I will continually fill my mind and my being with Joy.

ECSTASY : a state of being beyond reason and self-control

Being beyond reason is foreign, unknown; however, it is not undesirable. Beyond self-control is even more familiar and almost unfathomable. There is no other place that I would rather be than in a state of ecstasy.

Ecstatic and Sexy at the same time could be a lot of fun. That would look like sexy beyond reason and self- control. That might look a little different from all the controls and reason that I typically have in place.

Today I will allow for beyond reason and self-control. Today I will let myself be ecstatic.

To be FRUITFUL. I adore this I am the fruitful one as I am exuberant. I like the idea of fruitful, those vines those trees laden with blossom that develops and grows to full and luscious fruit.

To be UBERFERTILE. I smile at the concept of uberfruitful, as I look to myself and the way I am. That I come equipped with that over abundant energy, that constant proliferation of ideas and a fertile source of all that radiates through and from me.

Today I will be exuberant, full if fruitful energy, a fertile source of radiance.

Pleasure and Passion – Juicy Heart

Pleasure and Passion are to me like a delicious cocktail combination.

Pleasure increases with me when I am passionate. Passion increases in me when I am in a state of pleasure. Passionate is full-bodied and all in, no limits. Pleasure is flowing and energetic, no blockages and plenty of juice.

There is a lovely balance in me when pleasure and passion are at play. I imagine that this is like yin and yang, like when my tantra teacher speaks of balance in masculine and feminine. What seems to me to happen is that pleasure and passion work with and through each other. The passion liquefies and bubbles the pleasure and the pleasure solidifies and firms the passion. This all seems to play out in a sexy and delightful way in me. I like the way that I feel when the two are playing in me.

Pleasure and Passion, living in a delicious and blissful state.

Today I will allow for the flow of pleasure and the stability of passion, all within me as I weave my way through the day and night.

AH HA Sexy Passion – Passion is a playmate.

I seem not to be able to rid myself of passion. Passion follows me and is in me wherever I go. Passion moves through my work, my play and my day to day life, as well as my dreams. Living passionately and full-out is not natural to me. I only came to expressing passion and being passionate after finding permission inside of myself.

When you’re at peace with yourself and you love your self, it’s virtually impossible for you to do things to yourself that are destructive.
When you get enough inner peace and feel really positive about yourself, it’s almost impossible for you to be controlled or manipulated by anyone else.
the more you extend kindness to yourself the more it will become your natural response to others
A secret of abundance is to stop focussing on what you do not have and shift your consciousness to an appreciation for all that you do have
No limit people are so in charge that they can trust their instincts, be childlike, be creative and do anything that makes sense to them.

The idea of living in passion is relatively new to me as a 55 year old man. A few years ago my passion scared me, I did not know how to live with this part of me that seemed so out of control, so huge, so fierce. Today I watch for the fierceness and enjoy the eruption as passion plays out of me.  Today I thrive on the richness and the fulness of expression that passion allows for me.

Today I will surf in the flood of creativity that my passion brings and I will live without limiting that abundance of fresh, new and recurring old. Today I will let the passion flow, erupt, shoot and drizzle.

Today I will be full and playful and enjoy the freedom I feel without limits, living in joyful, blissful passion.

Each moment I spend contracting and pulling away takes me further away from what I want and how I want to be. Each moment I spend expanding and leaning in I get closer to what and how i want to be.

Being open and engaged helps. Today I will allow and give permission to the inner being, simply letting what is – be at rest and play.
