Connections with other BEINGS make my life Juicy. ❤

When I feel connected and present with other beings I feel like my life is of value. When I communicate and give myself to the pleasure of another, I feel my life is connected to other beings. When I feel connected with others and my life, I feel JUICY and liquid and like the fabric of life is immeasurably rich.

Today I will let myself be connected and purposefully connect to whatever BEINGS cross my path. I will weave these connections into the rich and liquid fabric of my existance.

Knowing I am loved helps me stay in a juicy state.

Knowing that I am loved, seen, understood and most of all included lets me maintain a state or being that allows for more of me to come forward. I am a ravenous little hog when it comes to love and the expressions of love I find around me. The simplest expressions: a smile, an offering, a little note, a tiny expression will reassure me and opens the channel for me to bring my own self love forward. Loving myself and feeling the love of others is a path for me.

All the while, knowing the more I love myself, the more love I will feel from others and the more love I will be able to generate to give to others. A delicious cycle.

Today I will see the love around me and allow for more of the richness of me to intermingle with the cosmic. ❤

Today is a day of care for me.

Today I will give myself some extra care. The delight and pleasure of refreshing energy as I prepare for the coming week. The extra care will be in allowing and permissing the dream and action of what lies ahead. I will spend some time today planning and conspiring over possibilities that lie ahead over the next few months.

Today I will be open to the balance of rejuvination. I look forward to the replenishing charge that some dreaming will bring. I relish in the excitement that builds around creating something new.

Home! Sweet Home is sweet!

I have the urge to sleep for the day. I feel more strongly that the still and deep waters are churning.  I am glad to be home because I can dive in feeling rejuvinated and inspired for what lies ahead. I know I can harvest the power of the deep waters, knowing that the safety and surity of home will help guide my journey.

Today I will follow the path that leads to inspiration and creation all the while trusting that all will manifest.

Travelling JOYFULLY Home

The journey continues as I return home today.

There is a spring in my step and I feel light, excited and happily relieved to be on my way home. Like the little dog in the photo I feel like I am bounding along, paws off the ground, tail in the air!

Today I will travel joyfully filled with the pleasure of returning home to the arms of my husband. ❤

Exploration – Curiousity – Discovery

The PURSUIT of Pleasure. ❤

The JOY of being actively involved in the pursuit of pleasure.  Pleasure that can be experienced on all levels and in each of the energy centers in the body.

Believe me this is about more than SEX it is really about being aware and learning about how to receive pleasure on all levels. To identify the seismic waves that identify when pleasure is entering the body and to allow and open the body to receive that pleasure… To learn and actively train the body to receive pleasure in and on and through the entire body.

Then there is the pursuit of  giving pleasure and how much pleasure can be received by giving.

Today is about an experiment into pleasure.

PS the word SEX in the title is an experiment to see if the views of this blog are truly increased by putting the word SEX in the title. A  days ago SEX was the first word in the title and there were 8 times as many visits to that individual blog page as on the busiest day in the past. Let me see what the word SEX does to this blogs stats today.

LAUGHING calms and calls the FEIRY – JUICY Heart into submission.

My Laugh this morning came from a poem…

Sphincter

I hope my good old asshole holds out
60 years it’s been mostly OK
Tho in Bolivia a fissure operation
survived the altiplano hospital–
a little blood, no polyps, occasionally
a small hemorrhoid
active, eager, receptive to phallus
coke bottle, candle, carrot
banana & fingers –
Now AIDS makes it shy, but still
eager to serve –
out with the dumps, in with the condom’d
orgasmic friend –
still rubbery muscular,
unashamed wide open for joy

In 1947 Reich was accused in the press of starting a “new cult of sex and anarchy”.

 I wonder if Sexual Freedom and Sexual Anarchy are often combined, misinterpreted or just plain confused for each other. Considering that many come out of a very repressive “domestication” or development around sex I am not surprised that some might see Sexual Freedom and Sexual Anarchy as the same thing. I like to think that I can seperate the two, and I hope that I am successful.
