Weaving the Fabric of Life.

Today as I stretch and get ready for the day I see, feel and experience the depth and strength of the interconnections of life.

A wonderful letter from a man now living in China, a wonderful response to my website from a man in Manitoba, the ebb and flow of clients, the surety of friends, the depth and strength of my husband. All of these interpersonal elements and more unspoken threads weave together around me and form the fabric of my life.

 The fabric warms and shields and soothes me. The fabric is a brilliant colour and has a stimulating pattern, the fabric awakens me. The fabric is resilient and has untested strength, the fabric shields me.

Today I will fall into the depth of safety that the fabric of my life has brought to me. I will cherish the fabric and adore each individual thread. I will savour each fibre that reinforces each thread.

Today is a day of care for me.

Today I will give myself some extra care. The delight and pleasure of refreshing energy as I prepare for the coming week. The extra care will be in allowing and permissing the dream and action of what lies ahead. I will spend some time today planning and conspiring over possibilities that lie ahead over the next few months.

Today I will be open to the balance of rejuvination. I look forward to the replenishing charge that some dreaming will bring. I relish in the excitement that builds around creating something new.

The PURSUIT of Pleasure. ❤

The JOY of being actively involved in the pursuit of pleasure.  Pleasure that can be experienced on all levels and in each of the energy centers in the body.

Believe me this is about more than SEX it is really about being aware and learning about how to receive pleasure on all levels. To identify the seismic waves that identify when pleasure is entering the body and to allow and open the body to receive that pleasure… To learn and actively train the body to receive pleasure in and on and through the entire body.

Then there is the pursuit of  giving pleasure and how much pleasure can be received by giving.

Today is about an experiment into pleasure.

PS the word SEX in the title is an experiment to see if the views of this blog are truly increased by putting the word SEX in the title. A  days ago SEX was the first word in the title and there were 8 times as many visits to that individual blog page as on the busiest day in the past. Let me see what the word SEX does to this blogs stats today.

Juicy!

That this blog just came up on a Google Alert with my name attached! Hooray!

Knowing that what I do is making an impact. Knowing that what I am doing is making a difference. Knowing that even though I may be far away, that someone can still see me smiling at them. That a small word of encouragement that I make can be heard and responded to. That hours and hours of diligent work might actually make someones life easier, different, simpler more pleasurable.

Making a difference, being seen, being acknowledged… Knowing that what I do everyday makes a pleasurable impact on the world… this make me very JUICY.

That I can place my heart into all that I do without fear and judgement… This is what I live for and this creates a lot of juice in me and the result is a JUICY life… a JUICY heart!
