Toronto Community Touch Events for January 2012

Dancing on the Ecstatic Path is a new exploration. Partnering with teachers from various traditions has been a goal of mine. In February of 2012, William McMeniman from the Boston area will be teaching with me. The workshop is two days of exploration.
The workshop will explore: touch, movement and breath while delving into an ecstatic experience. The exercises are designed to stimulate an introspective opening into the body and the body’s response to touch. Touch will take place in various positions and not always use the table. There will be some new levels of connection and communication explored within this Erotic Education offering. The workshop will take place over two days, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm each day and will be held at a Hotel Meeting Room located in the Toronto Downtown Core.
The fee is $300.00 for the two days. Registration is required prior to this event.

Today Finding the Light.
Yesterday was a revelation and an inspiration. I got to find a little light in what I do and offer in this world. Working with a client I was totally touched and my heart was opened when they said” This is like going on a journey with my brother, we are discovering and learning together.”
I got to look inside, see my light, see the place in me that holds my heart and know that my heart was being seen and experienced for what is was being offered as.
Pleasure, inclusion and the unity and balance of being together. Being part of the Tribe and being together on the journey was reassuring and balancing for me. This simple statement offered me inspiration. I got to see my inner light as I guided another to seeing their own.

Finding the Light - Day after the Winter Solstice - Toronto 2011
Excitement the totally JUICY state.
Cultivating and developing excitement and the glory of anticipation is a life long pursuit with me. I revel in the joy and pleasure of all that can be savoured in a prolonged period of excitement.
YES! This is all about SEX and YES this is all about living every day. I feel so much more, life force, juice and pleasure when I can be excited. Especially when my excitement is about what is happening, and what is going to happen and what has happened. I am in a state of JOY so much more often when I am excited and reveling in what is going to take place.
I can even feel this excitement about filling in a form and submitting documentation that needs to be painstakingly put together. I sometimes need to look at the far bigger picture to get the thrill in place.
Today I will feel all of the excitement about having a day. I will revel in the glory of what is. I will smile and enjoy every flash of pink and feel all the JUICE I have. This will be my challenge and my meditation for the day.

Building – Growing – Constructing – Fabricating – Enhancing
Having a day to feel all there is in the Ecstatic Dance of life. I choose to build and grow, developing the strands of life that allow for a richer and more embodied and engaged experience.
The day will unfold and I will construct, fabricate and enhance the rich elements of life that come my way. I choose this over the darker side which is more destructive seems to unravel me. I will build my day weaving together all that is as I journey my way to the other side.
Today I will find pleasure in the process. I will enjoy and marvel at the construction and build of my day. I will sleep well knowing that I have lived fully for another day.

Today is weaving both worlds. That of awareness and providing a body. To weave this magic on more than one level. To be more able to weave this on physical, mental, emotional, heartful, erotic, intuitive and spiritual levels.
This is my goal, my dream, my desire. This is my willingness and action.

Today as I transition I will have lots of time to reflect with myself about what this pretty momentous weekend has delivered to me.
There are two elements floating in my being at this moment.
The first is if you want something there is no one more important in “getting” what you want that yourself. If I want something to change I will have to change to begin, inspire, create the change that I want…
The second is how shocked I was to see how difficult it was for me to feel and be a part of… I know that for those of you who know me this is pretty obvious; however, I was challenged to find my place in a group so diverse… at the same time I come out of this knowing that I will need to lead… So if I am a part of or not I know that there are several challenges ahead for ME to BE.
Love the universe at this moment and loving my place in it… So looking forward to what is unfolding for me and those I am near…
