  • The bliss that I feel every morning when I choose to LIVE the next moment fully! ♥

YES! ♥ Oh yes, there were other thoughts that flew into my head but the simple JOY of waking up was what resonated in my heart!

It is wonderful to be in such a BIG adventure!

Yesterday as I picked up the paper off the streetcar seat this was the first article my eyes fell on.

The adventure is just beginning. You end up with something different than you expected. What will you discover? Flexibility and patience are key.

I was a bit stunned looking at this as I had just been to see a space. I was so totally disappointed. The room was alright, there were no amenities… those could be provided. The biggest sign that said beware was that there was no washroom in the space. Going seeing and being in all the disappointment actually had a lesson and that was I need a washroom as part of the space.

Today the adventure continues and is always beginning… I will seek and search and look some more. The right place will come up. The right thing has always come up.

Possibility of YES – Juicy Heart

I am still savouring the end of my coaching call yesterday. (Yes I have a personal coach! )

This last little tid-bit was about creating a place, a space where one can say YES!  And how very much I am involved and great at being in a YES place! and bringing others along with me.

YES ! I can.

YES! I am.

YES! I can do this.

YES! This is okay!

YES! I want more.

YES! I would like to try that.

YES! YES! YES!

I know that saying YES! all the time is not possible, however there is so much more possibility in YES or even a hesitant maybe than in the constriction and finality of NO. To be in a YES seems creative and full of juice. I am able to build far more when I say YES! than in any other mode.

There is so much permission required, so much openness and willingness to be able go towards possibility. The need to say YES! be open-ended, open-minded and create more possibility is a feature of what I have been doing in my work with clients.  I find myself on this wild voyage looking for a place, a home, a Center for YES!  A place for all folk to be able to get into the deep depths and say YES! a place where there is possibility rather than confinement. Creating this new YES! place opens my heart and although it scares me and pushes me to my very edge has me filled with the delight of abundance!

Today I will be creative and open and reopen to possibility and I will say YES in creative and new ways!

LOVE

Today I am accommodating change and adjusting to being patient… doing my best… keeping my expectations within a realm of sanity. I must do what I can do and realize that there are edges and that they waver from day-to-day. I tend to be very impatient during change and I simply need to take a breath and allow. I must trust that this transition will move along and that I will be okay as it happens. 

Searching for the Center… ❤

I will do what I can do each day to be all that I can be and there is no more. Love will see me through. Staying with what I love will allow me to stay focused within.

The Center – Juicy Heart

I began the process today of finding a home for “The Center”

This is exciting and opening to me. Even though it is scary and I am afraid of all of the old stories and all of the old movings of history. This is new and I am excited at the new. I felt brave and exhilarated when I began making calls.

The Center will be a place for erotic education and exploration. This space will be a gathering place and home for all who share an interest in furthering the connection and awareness of Eros, Passion, Desire and Spirit. The Center will be a ground for men in relationship to develop conversation and connection. This will be a place for men to find their truth in their body and to find their way into the manifestation of their humanity in awareness of their erotic and sexual self.

If any of you know of a space of about 1500 square feet in the downtown Toronto area that would be suitable for this new home let me know. phillip@phillipcoupal.ca

Courage…

Courage to ask…

Courage under the barrage of information …

Courage under fire …

Courage … feeling the fear and doing it anyway …

I feel inspired to be courageous as I have just been in the presence of courage. The men who I was with on the weekend were very courageous and that informs me and inspires me… My dear friend William is full of courage and that inspires me… My husband fills me with courage as I see him move forward… I am more able to gather courage to me as I feel the courage around me. 

I like how I feel when I am wrapped in the warmth of courage and determination. I like how I feel when I am aware of the clarity I can maintain when I am filled with a sense of courage. I feel like I can be an inspiration when I can be aware and present to my courage and the source of that flow of information and awareness.

Today I will move forward filled with courage and inspiration.
