Hungry today!

The state of being hungry can be the springboard to NEW.

Being in a state of desire and hunger for something has very often been a great place to start.When I am hungry I generally launch in. When I am hungry I usually am in for the whole meal. When I am hungry and I am cooking I am usually sampling and very much enjoying the act of creation.

I am enjoying all of the hunger that I am able to use as I plan my season for 2012.

Glad today to be hungry and working on my next steps. I am very excited about what I am cooking!

Making certain to be on purpose with a Vision.

A Vision of the future. A Vision of the moment. Being on purpose with what is in my vision helps me to get more of what I want in Life. This is “Law of Attraction” material.I like very much to be on purpose with my vision, making certain to be dreaming of what I truly desire. What would I like to see? What do I desire?  I know that I like to choose what the future will look like. I know that I can not predict or be exact with the future, so therefore I make sure that my vision of what is there is filled with the elements that I work to create in my life. I know that I want to create: hope, purpose, enthusiasm, positive attitude. The more I can look at the future with enthusiasm, hope, purpose, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, the more I will actually manifest.

Oh YES! Sometimes there are little blobs of shit that need to be taken care of. Such is life. Bad things happen. Better to acknowledge and deal with this bad stuff, than let it fester and get unmanageable. Then get right back on track with creating what I want, envisioning a future full of hope and a life full of purpose.

Today I will maintain a VISION that is full of Hope and Purpose ++++ PLUS ++++ I will be Playful and Enthusiastic! -♥-

I am really referring to the first definition, the action or process of moving.

Yesterday was full of motion on many fronts, the primary front was in a creative realm and I found I was moving with a great momentum within creating big pieces of my mission, my dream.

There is nothing like the forward motion involved in creativity. This forward motion is very straight ahead and direct, and is very reassuring to me. However with creativity there is also a lot of chaotic motion. This chaotic motion is actually full of fun and at the same time freaks me out because it is not straight forward and is not at all reassuring for me. The chaotic motion involved in creativity is a where the fun is. The chaotic motion is where there is much that is unknown and unpredictable. I must relinquish my sense of control and balance in the chaotic motion and simple allow for trust.

Today I will feel pleasure in the unexpected and in the unknown. I will seek a creative and juicy path. I will trust and feel joy. -♥-

Adventure.

Adventure is a key ingredient in the Juiciness of a heart full of passion. When I stay in an adventuresome being I am able to be more curious. I might suddenly vear off the path, I might be a little erratic, I might race ahead or dawdle along. The course of the adventure is never really known and there are many surprises along the way. I adore playing in the unknown and being startled and teased by the many surprises. 

Sometimes the adventures might even be in LOVE! I adore being able to LOVE as if it was a big adventure!

Today I will play in the Adventure of LOVE and LIFE

Joy FULL – Filled with Joy.

When I purposefully put Joy into my thoughts, consciousness, heart, I can feel the change. I can feel my mood shift.

When I feel myself becoming filled with anxiety, overwhelm or debilitating administrative thoughts, I think of something joyful, playful, something that will make me smile and I can feel the shift the change. Within that change I can begin to fill with dreamy thoughts, big thoughts and much more affirming material. I can take a breath and change my mind.

I love my mind, I can change it in a moment. I can fill, evacuate and refill all within my grasp, my ability to be powerful.

Today I will be Joy Full. I will continually fill my mind and my being with Joy.

Pleasure and Passion – Juicy Heart

Pleasure and Passion are to me like a delicious cocktail combination.

Pleasure increases with me when I am passionate. Passion increases in me when I am in a state of pleasure. Passionate is full-bodied and all in, no limits. Pleasure is flowing and energetic, no blockages and plenty of juice.

There is a lovely balance in me when pleasure and passion are at play. I imagine that this is like yin and yang, like when my tantra teacher speaks of balance in masculine and feminine. What seems to me to happen is that pleasure and passion work with and through each other. The passion liquefies and bubbles the pleasure and the pleasure solidifies and firms the passion. This all seems to play out in a sexy and delightful way in me. I like the way that I feel when the two are playing in me.

Pleasure and Passion, living in a delicious and blissful state.

Today I will allow for the flow of pleasure and the stability of passion, all within me as I weave my way through the day and night.

AH HA Sexy Passion – Passion is a playmate.

I seem not to be able to rid myself of passion. Passion follows me and is in me wherever I go. Passion moves through my work, my play and my day to day life, as well as my dreams. Living passionately and full-out is not natural to me. I only came to expressing passion and being passionate after finding permission inside of myself.

When you’re at peace with yourself and you love your self, it’s virtually impossible for you to do things to yourself that are destructive.
When you get enough inner peace and feel really positive about yourself, it’s almost impossible for you to be controlled or manipulated by anyone else.
the more you extend kindness to yourself the more it will become your natural response to others
A secret of abundance is to stop focussing on what you do not have and shift your consciousness to an appreciation for all that you do have

The idea of living in passion is relatively new to me as a 55 year old man. A few years ago my passion scared me, I did not know how to live with this part of me that seemed so out of control, so huge, so fierce. Today I watch for the fierceness and enjoy the eruption as passion plays out of me.  Today I thrive on the richness and the fulness of expression that passion allows for me.

Today I will surf in the flood of creativity that my passion brings and I will live without limiting that abundance of fresh, new and recurring old. Today I will let the passion flow, erupt, shoot and drizzle.

Today I will be full and playful and enjoy the freedom I feel without limits, living in joyful, blissful passion.

Pink has an energetic resonance with me.

Funny that which I was so ashamed of many years ago can rise up in me to be  such a powerful symbol of strength and energy. The colour pink is to me what I imagine totem figures are to some. I am constantly drawn to how this colour brings a smile to my face, relaxes me, stimulates me. Yes I know those words that just came out are contradictory… there you go. Some things, some external influences can have mysterious powers.

I adore what the colour pink does for me!
