I missed my brother and his family. I loved and enjoyed connecting with my Mom by baking and cooking from my heart as she always did.

Today Finding the Light.
Yesterday was a revelation and an inspiration. I got to find a little light in what I do and offer in this world. Working with a client I was totally touched and my heart was opened when they said” This is like going on a journey with my brother, we are discovering and learning together.”
I got to look inside, see my light, see the place in me that holds my heart and know that my heart was being seen and experienced for what is was being offered as.
Pleasure, inclusion and the unity and balance of being together. Being part of the Tribe and being together on the journey was reassuring and balancing for me. This simple statement offered me inspiration. I got to see my inner light as I guided another to seeing their own.

Hungry today!
The state of being hungry can be the springboard to NEW.
Being in a state of desire and hunger for something has very often been a great place to start.When I am hungry I generally launch in. When I am hungry I usually am in for the whole meal. When I am hungry and I am cooking I am usually sampling and very much enjoying the act of creation.
I am enjoying all of the hunger that I am able to use as I plan my season for 2012.
Glad today to be hungry and working on my next steps. I am very excited about what I am cooking!

Today I will be in the YUM of release. A day when I take care of chores, the laundry, repositioning all of the supplies from the weekend. Today I will take care of all of this and be in the YUM of the release from the weekend. YUM … -♥- … YUM … -♥- … YUM

Making certain to be on purpose with a Vision.
A Vision of the future. A Vision of the moment. Being on purpose with what is in my vision helps me to get more of what I want in Life. This is “Law of Attraction” material.I like very much to be on purpose with my vision, making certain to be dreaming of what I truly desire. What would I like to see? What do I desire? I know that I like to choose what the future will look like. I know that I can not predict or be exact with the future, so therefore I make sure that my vision of what is there is filled with the elements that I work to create in my life. I know that I want to create: hope, purpose, enthusiasm, positive attitude. The more I can look at the future with enthusiasm, hope, purpose, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, the more I will actually manifest.
Oh YES! Sometimes there are little blobs of shit that need to be taken care of. Such is life. Bad things happen. Better to acknowledge and deal with this bad stuff, than let it fester and get unmanageable. Then get right back on track with creating what I want, envisioning a future full of hope and a life full of purpose.
Today I will maintain a VISION that is full of Hope and Purpose ++++ PLUS ++++ I will be Playful and Enthusiastic! -♥-

On the Banquet Table of life today – Motion.

I am really referring to the first definition, the action or process of moving.
Yesterday was full of motion on many fronts, the primary front was in a creative realm and I found I was moving with a great momentum within creating big pieces of my mission, my dream.
There is nothing like the forward motion involved in creativity. This forward motion is very straight ahead and direct, and is very reassuring to me. However with creativity there is also a lot of chaotic motion. This chaotic motion is actually full of fun and at the same time freaks me out because it is not straight forward and is not at all reassuring for me. The chaotic motion involved in creativity is a where the fun is. The chaotic motion is where there is much that is unknown and unpredictable. I must relinquish my sense of control and balance in the chaotic motion and simple allow for trust.
Today I will feel pleasure in the unexpected and in the unknown. I will seek a creative and juicy path. I will trust and feel joy. -♥-

Adventure.
Adventure is a key ingredient in the Juiciness of a heart full of passion. When I stay in an adventuresome being I am able to be more curious. I might suddenly vear off the path, I might be a little erratic, I might race ahead or dawdle along. The course of the adventure is never really known and there are many surprises along the way. I adore playing in the unknown and being startled and teased by the many surprises.
Sometimes the adventures might even be in LOVE! I adore being able to LOVE as if it was a big adventure!
Today I will play in the Adventure of LOVE and LIFE
