Adventure – Juicy Heart

It is wonderful to be in such a BIG adventure!

Yesterday as I picked up the paper off the streetcar seat this was the first article my eyes fell on.

The adventure is just beginning. You end up with something different than you expected. What will you discover? Flexibility and patience are key.

I was a bit stunned looking at this as I had just been to see a space. I was so totally disappointed. The room was alright, there were no amenities… those could be provided. The biggest sign that said beware was that there was no washroom in the space. Going seeing and being in all the disappointment actually had a lesson and that was I need a washroom as part of the space.

Today the adventure continues and is always beginning… I will seek and search and look some more. The right place will come up. The right thing has always come up.

Possibility of YES – Juicy Heart

I am still savouring the end of my coaching call yesterday. (Yes I have a personal coach! )

This last little tid-bit was about creating a place, a space where one can say YES!  And how very much I am involved and great at being in a YES place! and bringing others along with me.

YES ! I can.

YES! I am.

YES! I can do this.

YES! This is okay!

YES! I want more.

YES! I would like to try that.

YES! YES! YES!

I know that saying YES! all the time is not possible, however there is so much more possibility in YES or even a hesitant maybe than in the constriction and finality of NO. To be in a YES seems creative and full of juice. I am able to build far more when I say YES! than in any other mode.

There is so much permission required, so much openness and willingness to be able go towards possibility. The need to say YES! be open-ended, open-minded and create more possibility is a feature of what I have been doing in my work with clients.  I find myself on this wild voyage looking for a place, a home, a Center for YES!  A place for all folk to be able to get into the deep depths and say YES! a place where there is possibility rather than confinement. Creating this new YES! place opens my heart and although it scares me and pushes me to my very edge has me filled with the delight of abundance!

Today I will be creative and open and reopen to possibility and I will say YES in creative and new ways!

The EDGE…

Sometimes I fell like I will tumble over and sometimes I feel like I am balanced and able to negotiate my way without loosing my balance…

The edge is always there and I simply need to proceed. What is the worst that could happen? I could fall over or I could keep wandering along being fearful.

So I will dance on the edge and be naive and full of joy. Am I in denial of the edge? No! I am simply choosing to stay within myself and not let the outside elements affect me or make my experience something that is outside of me.

Today I will remain within my vessel, my integral space. I will dance and sing and be joyful when someone chooses to join. I will trust that I am being watched over and taken care of.

Today I realized that I very often err on the side of ABUNDANCE. I very often make choices that fill my life with ABUNDANCE.

I often make more and make large and what I manifest can seem really HUGE
I don’t know or experience this as a BAD thing… very often many have a response to the bigness of this ABUNDANCE…
I don’t perceive this as anything bad… it is just a part of me.

Life is interesting, captivating and fun and filled with JOY when I am erring on the side of ABUNDANCE!
Today I will live in the largeness of ABUNDANCE and be JUICY and feel the JOY!

Just a LITTLE!

Just a LITTLE is all it takes to create a sense of motion and action. Just a little proaction, that is really all it takes to start the ball in motion. Just a LITTLE is all it can take to have me feel much better and more accomplished.

Yesterday I thought that I would just take care of a small job and viola there it is a whole job completed. Yes!, I had to rid my mind of all of the judgements. Yes!, I had to concentrate on just the small little piece. Yes!, I had to tell myself “this is a work in progress.”  Yes!, I had to keep moving and pushing ahead.

Now the job is done and I feel inspired to take on another job. I wonder where this will lead?

Today I will feel and be successful and proactive at getting the job done!

Excitement ♥ Juicy Heart

Excitement the totally JUICY state.

Cultivating and developing excitement and the glory of anticipation is a life long pursuit with me. I revel in the joy and pleasure of all that can be savoured in a prolonged period of excitement.

YES! This is all about SEX and YES this is all about living every day. I feel so much more, life force, juice and pleasure when I can be excited. Especially when my excitement is about what is happening, and what is going to happen and what has happened. I am in a state of JOY so much more often when I am excited and reveling in what is going to take place.

I can even feel this excitement about filling in a form and submitting documentation that needs to be painstakingly put together. I sometimes need to look at the far bigger picture to get the thrill in place.

Today I will feel all of the excitement about having a day. I will revel in the glory of what is. I will smile and enjoy every flash of pink and feel all the JUICE I have. This will be my challenge and my meditation for the day.
