This practice is open to all men and Awaken Studio welcomes all diversity.
Free your MIND. All men are welcome. There is no experience qualification, body shape or size restriction or age restriction.
Free your BODY. Please arrive a little early to settle into the first pose. We will have dimmed the lights, warmed the space, created a welcoming environment to welcome you into your body.
Free your SPIRIT. Share breath, stretching and opening of your body. As a group we move through the fluidity of experience flowing through what might appear to be stress and into freedom and relaxation.
Join a weekly gathering to share a Naked Yoga practice with Men.
This yoga experience will focus on gentle and safe exploration through an alignment-based Hatha practice.
This sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings from 8-9:30 at Awaken Studio (270 Carlaw Ave Unit 102).
This is a quiet, warm and private space to make discoveries and deepen our practice. There is a washroom onsite.
