Inhale. hold… Exhale. hold
Came across a posting this morning that asked “How connected are you to your inner child?”
This got me to wondering about how one can truly be connected to that inner child.
The clarity that came to me, was that play was the way that I was able to connect and access the boundless energy of the inner child.
Much of the work that I do in groups is about play. Exploring how we as a group can play together, have fun together, be wild and creative together, be still and connected together. Play and access to what is known as “Beginners Mind” or a place within our self where we are lacking negative judgements and harsh comparison. Accessing this new-found or rediscovered “naive” place can be a springboard into the joy and abandon of play, allowing for surrender into the new, creative and vibrant.
Play can enliven and stimulate LIFE Force, Kundalini, Chi.
Play can be a place where shame and guilt can be left to the side. Play can be a place where freedom and courage can reside. Play can be a portal into all of the potent and powerful creative source of the inner child.

Starting September 20th with Paul Galloro and Phillip Coupal
The first of the Fall 2012 evening offerings will begin on Thursday September 20th. We will be opening a series of evening sessions that will focus on Breath, Movement and Visualization. Life Force Movement will be offered from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. The offering is 90 minutes of focused and facilitated Breathing, Movement and Visualization. I have teamed up with Paul Galloro to offer this event. The fee for these 90 minutes sessions will be $15.00 each and you can purchase a block of 10 sessions for $120.00. Life Force Creative Source – Wednesday Evenings
Starting September 26th
The second offering will begin Wednesday September 26th. This Awakening of Creative Source session will be an adventure and experiment delving into the artist within. As a group and as individuals we will play with drawing and painting. The evening’s sessions will utilize Breath and Sound to access the source for creating spirited expression through artistic media. Offered on alternating Wednesdays the sessions will run from 6:30 until 9:30. The fee for these 3 hour sessions is $35.00 (materials supplied). In addition to these ongoing evening offerings I am also offering NEW weekend work and play shops. The first of these weekend events is taking place on September 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. This Experiential workshop will explore Taoist Erotic Massage and the Embodiment of Erotic Energy. Welcoming all men into the exploration of our bodies the event is offered in a playful, honouring and safe environment to explore full body touch, breath, and full bodied experience of erotic energy. Monthly Massage Exchange – Sunday September 16th
The Monthly massage exchange is scheduled for Sunday September 16th. Sex Education like you have NEVER Experienced
Workshops and Experiential Events to promote Education and Encourage Experience to Explore Erotic Embodiment as taught by Joseph Kramer. Taking place monthly at the awaken studio at 270 Carlaw Avenue in Downtown Toronto.
Inspired by the modern teachers of erotic awareness, the teachings and principles of the Body Electric School and principles of Tantra these weekend workshops bring a fresh and up-to-date approach to Sex Education, Conscious Eroticism and Body Awareness.
These weekend events are sometimes challenging and sometimes exhilarating. The atmosphere, with clear communication, effective listening and basic guidelines, promotes Safe, Sane and Consensual behaviours. These workshops will bring participants new awareness and new knowledge as the men involved create community and new found safety, intimacy, connection and empowerment in relation to themselves, their relationship to others and the community that surrounds them.
There are no prerequisites for any of these workshops, an introductory interview with the event Facilitator is required before registration is complete (this can happen in person or on the telephone). The workshops are open to all those who identify in the world as men. Weekend events will explore: Taoist Erotic Massage, Anal Touch, Full Bodied Non Ejaculatory Orgasm and Ecstatic Sexual Experience. The workshops involves nudity and full body touch. The techniques that are used include: touch, breath, meditation and heartfelt communication. The atmosphere is respectful, accepting, playful, honouring and reverential.
Fees are $295.00 for the weekend (about 24 hours). Sorry there is no accommodation or food within this price. Snacks and water are provided. Some scholarships available for those in need and there are discounts for early registrations up to 14 days before each workshop.

This is the first event after creating a place of closure with the organization that I worked with for so long. I am now on my own. With this realization, a bit of negativity seeps into my mind, my thoughts, and then I switch my thoughts to the possibility of what is new and begin to shift into my values of Kindness – Generosity – Care and Healing. This shift into the positive aspects of life helps me flow into the JOY of what can happen and therefore give me more energy to move forward and create the beautiful world that I wish to live in.
I am becoming more comfortable and confident with the gifts that I can bring to this world.

Dancing on the Ecstatic Path is a new exploration. The September 2012 presentation has been expanded to include an evening opening session on Friday night. This session will take place from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The workshop will continue on both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. There will be breaks through the day for lunch.
The regular registration fee has been reduced to $295.00 for the weekend. If you can plan early and register by August 15, 2012, you will receive a discount making the registration fee $250.00. Please contact me for more information.

The workshop will explore: touch, trance, movement and breath while delving into an ecstatic experience. The exercises are designed to stimulate an introspective opening into the body and the body’s response to touch. Touch will take place in various positions and not always use the table.
This workshop is experiential and the educational erotic explorations will take place in a safe, respectful, uplifting, sane, consensual and reverential space.
There will be some new levels of connection and communication explored within this Erotic Education offering.

We will be using the new awaken studio safe space specifically design to accommodate the work of the Body Electric School in Toronto. There will be French speaking men staffing this workshop in order to accommodate all needs. In Toronto we are very proud to extend a warm welcome to men from all parts of Canada and beyond.
Join in a journey that honors the dynamics of S/M play and its role in expanding self-awareness. This workshop creates a safe space for establishing connection, exploring intense body sensation and expressing intentional physicality. Along with erotic touch, emphasis is placed on creating conscious intentions, learning how to know and ask for what you want, and practicing exquisite attention. Methods used include spanking, bondage, flogging and other methods of high body stimulation as well as reclaiming masculine icons for ourselves. Expect heightened awareness of your body’s capacity for sensation, a greater sense of personal empowerment, and appreciation for the connection between the divine energy of power and the human energy of surrender.
The workshop begins Friday 7pm to 10, Saturday 9-7pm and 9 to7pm on Sunday The price of this workshop is $495.00 and the early registration $50.00 discount has been extended. The fee is $445.00 CDN dollars.
