This time of year is always like the beginning to me. Transition is in the air.
The earth is preparing for the fall, trees and fruit and flowers are pulling the juice from the earth to enrich themselves, the light is changing in the sky, the weather moves in unfamiliar patterns and I feel like this is the transition into a new time.
And YES! this really is the transition into a new time. There is much to prepare for and lots to dream and scheme and plot and plan and get ready for. I pull the juice from my earth to ripen and enrich my experience.
September will bring a Body Electric workshop to Toronto that we have not had in many years. October will bring some new events into my coaching practice. November will bring some new elements as the Body Electric is here in Toronto again and I will be introducing some new elements into my breath and bodywork practice. December brings a trip to a meeting to plan for the NEW Body Electric and I am excited and happy for this great opportunity.
The real New Year will bring many new elements, several co-creations and of course there will be surprise.
I adore that all around me is getting ready for harvest. The fruit on the vine and branch is developing juice and flesh to burst forth with the ripe sweetness of the fall.
Today I will savour the summer and be active in preparing for the next transition. Loving and laughing and smiling as I live and breath.

Knowing I am loved helps me stay in a juicy state.
Knowing that I am loved, seen, understood and most of all included lets me maintain a state or being that allows for more of me to come forward. I am a ravenous little hog when it comes to love and the expressions of love I find around me. The simplest expressions: a smile, an offering, a little note, a tiny expression will reassure me and opens the channel for me to bring my own self love forward. Loving myself and feeling the love of others is a path for me.
All the while, knowing the more I love myself, the more love I will feel from others and the more love I will be able to generate to give to others. A delicious cycle.
Today I will see the love around me and allow for more of the richness of me to intermingle with the cosmic. ❤

Home! Sweet Home is sweet!
I have the urge to sleep for the day. I feel more strongly that the still and deep waters are churning. I am glad to be home because I can dive in feeling rejuvinated and inspired for what lies ahead. I know I can harvest the power of the deep waters, knowing that the safety and surity of home will help guide my journey.
Today I will follow the path that leads to inspiration and creation all the while trusting that all will manifest.

Diving in DEEP with a JUICY Heart
Diving in DEEP helps me maintain a JUICY Heart. The excitement and thrill of going down deep, not knowing what to expect and being on the edge of the unknown is thrilling. For me this is like a Zip Line or a Roller Coaster. If I get on and get off and simply freeze in between, not breathing, not allowing for the experience, I will not enjoy or be a part of the experience. SO, I get on that Zip Line, ride that Roller Coaster and partake fully in the experience diving in deep, breathing fully and letting the experience move through my body. I might event laugh or scream or shake or giggle, cry or swear or be really messy. All of this expression is part of the experience part and allows me to be exactly how and who I am. 😉
I know and trust that the experience will carry me and that I am more me for partaking fully in all of the expereince.
Today I will TRUST and DIVE IN DEEP!
