Today is about possibility and what happens when the Juicy Heart opens to possibility.

The other day my coach sent me an email that was about plans and missions.

Planning can be great but without action the plans fizzle and turn to nothing. Missions fall apart without belief and passion and action. Possibility will drift away without being open and allowing it in and then doing something about it.  These are reminders to me about being Juicy and fertile and living the active life that I desire for myself.

I could say more about all of this but I will let the words fall away as I shift into possibility and planning and clarifying my mission… Having taken 10 minutes to do that it is then time to start actioning all that has been dreamed.

The fruition of this is showing up some really exciting offerings in the upcoming year. I am tired of waiting and want to be doing. Watch for the calendar of events in the next few days.

Today I will be in a proactive state doing and growing and happening. Acting on the information provided by all the possibility that shows up in my life.

To be FRUITFUL. I adore this I am the fruitful one as I am exuberant. I like the idea of fruitful, those vines those trees laden with blossom that develops and grows to full and luscious fruit.

To be UBERFERTILE. I smile at the concept of uberfruitful, as I look to myself and the way I am. That I come equipped with that over abundant energy, that constant proliferation of ideas and a fertile source of all that radiates through and from me.

Today I will be exuberant, full if fruitful energy, a fertile source of radiance.

Today I will just let my mind go to wherever it goes. I was very deeply affected by seeing the “Normal Heart” yesterday. Seeing what role sex-phobia plays in my daily life. Seeing where fear of letting everything hang out plays out. Seeing where I recoil and where I coil, where I pull back and where I leap in, where I am passionate and full and where I fearful and empty.

Questioning what role shame plays in how I view, hold, unfold, live and act as a being and a being with sex and sexual urges. How do I view my true self? Do I let my true nature come out, do I hide behind some realm of normal?

Introspective and searching in all of my curiousity.

ODAAT – One day at a time.

Easy Does IT Today. Everything is moment by moment and piece by piece. Taking care of one element, item, task – completing this piece, celebrating and moving on to the next. I find it hard to believe that this is all in preparation for an exploration.

I will be patient and appreciate the process and all that life brings.
