The JUICE today is in having fun!
I will work today in all that I do to approach everyone of the problems and deadlines and pressing issues with a sense of fun.
Looking to the fun side of my experience allows me to be playful and curious. I also notice that when I am playful and curious I am way less likely to be bitchy and snappy and feeling all of the pressure.
So instead of feeling something that I don want to feel… (all that pressure) I choose what I do want to feel. I set my course to feeling all of what I want.
I adore feeling the fun and being playful and creative and JUICY.
Today I will be JOYFUL having fun as I choose to have fun!

The JUICY Heart Sunday June 26th, 2011…
Yes, I work with Men today.
Quiet, Sunday mornings are a great time to relax and take a look at life. To sit back and look at habits, patterns, familiarities. Looking, feeling, becoming aware and gathering data. Looking and contrasting awareness today, with awareness of the past and to the vision of the future. Asking a few questions, the foremost one being, "Is this; what I have in this moment, is this that I want?". Stepping back with the man I am working with, and working, challenging and playing with him as he goes about setting his course and finding a step, or two, or three, or even more to take movement in the direction of what he wants.
Today I will be couragous as I sit with men and stand by men. I will help them with the practice of taking charge of their life. I will be Joyful with these men as they create something new.
Today I am filled with the Joy of knowing that new outcomes can be created.

What is JUICY today!
Responding! Yes actually being active and responding!
Active response is bringing me lots of juice.
Taking an active role is way better that sitting back and waiting and wondering being all dry and withered. Taking an active role in my life is plumping me up and making me very JUICY!

MMMMMM The Juices are flowing!
Doing and Doing and BEING INSPIRED and allowing the flow.
Being aware of what is happening in my body as I take care of my work, allows for more information to come to me. I am more able to remember and concentrate if I allow for free flow in my body. I become very aware of my breath and making certain to breath slow and easy. Filling my lungs and exhaling in whatever way serves me best: a yawn, a sigh, a puff, a long moan, a smile, a laugh.
Today is a day where I am full of blissand pleasure even though there might be what could be experienced as a lot of external pressures. Deadlines and anxious energy seem to be all around me. As I smile and breath and picture the flow of energy through my body I can be free.
Today in my work with Men I have been Coaching Body Awareness, allowing for free flow and unfettered expression.
Today I feel Free and Empowered knowing that I am IN MY BODY!

Knowing that what I do is making an impact. Knowing that what I am doing is making a difference. Knowing that even though I may be far away, that someone can still see me smiling at them. That a small word of encouragement that I make can be heard and responded to. That hours and hours of diligent work might actually make someones life easier, different, simpler more pleasurable.
Making a difference, being seen, being acknowledged… Knowing that what I do everyday makes a pleasurable impact on the world… this make me very JUICY.
That I can place my heart into all that I do without fear and judgement… This is what I live for and this creates a lot of juice in me and the result is a JUICY life… a JUICY heart!
