while sharing our practice, space and energy.Tuesday Naked Yoga for Men evening 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm Join a group of whole hearted men as we gather to share a Yoga practice while naked.

In-depth study and experience of forward fold postures. There are 2 teachers for this class, allowing for time for individual feedback, adjustments and postural alignments.
